DYMO CONNECT UPDATE ISSUE
We wanted to inform you of a recent issue affecting customers who utilize Dymo label printers through the Dymo Connect software with MethodOne. Specifically, the latest version of Dymo Connect (v1.5.0.17) has shown compatibility issues, where the printer may be recognized in Windows but not detected by MethodOne.
If you are prompted to update Dymo Connect to the latest version, we strongly recommend that you decline the update until further notice.
If you have already updated it, the best solution is to uninstall the current version of Dymo Connect and reinstall an earlier version known to work reliably with MethodOne:
