Due to regulatory changes with text messaging, it is currently unavailable in MethodOne. We have added code to send remote access messages and Admin Authorization messages via email. Please be sure that you have an email on file associated to your profile so you are not interrupted while we work on this change.
Be advised the sending of tele-health invitations via text message is also interrupted.
Any locations using messaging to send patient messages, this is also affected. We will be reaching out to owners and admins to register your company to be able to restore this functionality.
